Paul J. Casazza of Casazza Real Estate, is a Long Island, New York, native who spent all his summers on Meredith Bay as a child. He always knew he wanted to reside in New Hampshire, becoming a permanent resident of Meredith over 20 years ago ... “Heaven is a little closer in a home by the lake.”

A graduate of Penn State University with a Business Education degree and a minor in Real Estate, Paul first worked as a salesperson for an ERA firm in Southern New Hampshire. In 1977, Paul obtained his Brokers License and has been an independent broker ever since. Paul is also a licenced realestate agent.

An avid snow and water skiier and Hobie enthusiast, Paul really relishes his free time and knows how to enjoy it. After coming back from a near-fatal snow ski accident in December 2003, in which Paul broke his neck, he has a renewed appreciation for living.
